Autism Push in or Pull Out

Your child’s IEP may specify special services for your child in addition to their classroom services. One thing to consider is when and how these services are delivered. Should it be a “push in” where the educator joins your child in their classroom to work on goals, or is a “pull out” more advantageous, where you child is removed from their classroom for the lesson? Which one is better? Shannon gives tips to choose what is best for your individual child.
