On today?s Autism Live Shannon talks with Mike Hipple a high school senior with CP who communicates with assisted technology and wants to help parents understand how important it is to give young people a voice. Shannon also chats with Tabitha, an Autism mom, whose daughter has had a cord blood transplant similar to the kind recently approved for the study of a cure for Autism by the FDA. Viewers write in to talk about bedtime challenging behavior, social goals during recess and lunch, inclusion and potential choking hazards.
