35:15 – My son is 5 and in Early intervention preschool two days a week two hours each day and in his Plan has his AAC device and it doesn’t seem to me that there knowing where to go with it we use it at home and are trying to make that everybody is encouraging him to use it in it doesn’t seem like they’re on board any suggestions on how I can help them want to work with him with his AAC device

41:07 – Hello` my 10yrs old with autism gets very upset, He says his voice sounds like a girl and that there is something in his voice, he gets so upset he hits himself. we have try putting him in front of a mirror and asking him what he see’s, and he says a boy, so I don’t understand why he keeps saying he sounds like a girl, this has been going on for many months and we don’t know what to do, he sometimes won’t speak, and will just point or use head to answer yes or no, what can we do.
