1. Stop the naps
2. Keep your child busy and engaged all day – especially during their usual nap time
3. Stop all stimulants after dinner
4. Create a bedtime ritual
5. Make the bedroom a fun place to be
6. Make their bed super cozy
7. After bedtime make everything else less fun
8. Use the “Bedtime Pass” if needed
9. Praise your child for good sleep hygiene
10. Call in reinforcements if you aren’t successful
