Bedtime Pass: Getting Kids To Go To Sleep

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Angela Persicke explains how a bedtime pass can help get your child to bed and keep them in bed. This technique of giving a child a diminishing number of tokens which can be exchanged for a limited number of trips out of bed has been shown to be effective at curtailing those endless trips out of bed for children both on and off the spectrum.
